Rendang Rice Bowl

A comforting rice bowl with rich rendang flavors.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Rendang PasteBuy
  • 300 g Beef
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 bowls Cooked rice
  • 1/2, sliced Cucumber
  • for garnish Fried shallots

Steps

  1. Brown beef in a pan.
  2. Add rendang paste and coconut milk. Simmer 30 minutes.
  3. Serve over rice with cucumber and shallots.
