Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Rendang PasteBuy
- 300 g Beef
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 bowls Cooked rice
- 1/2, sliced Cucumber
- for garnish Fried shallots
Steps
- Brown beef in a pan.
- Add rendang paste and coconut milk. Simmer 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice with cucumber and shallots.
